Dr. K.H. Charng serves as the Founding Chairman of the Sun Yat-Sen Global Alliance Foundation. A respected community leader and long-standing advocate of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s ideals, he has dedicated many years to promoting the spirit of public service, social responsibility and Chinese cultural heritage across international communities. As Chairman of the Global Chinese Sun Yat-sen Alliance and a recognised leader within the worldwide Sun Yat-sen movement, Dr. Charng provides strategic guidance and leadership to the Foundation. He supports the organisation’s mission of advancing education, healthcare, cultural heritage and community development while fostering greater collaboration among communities that share the values of 天下為公 (The World as a Common Good). Through his experience, vision and commitment to public service, Dr. Charng helps strengthen the Foundation’s long-term development and international engagement.

Jamie Chan is the Founder and Executive Director of the Sun Yat-Sen Global Alliance Foundation. As the initiator of the Foundation, she established the organisation inspired by Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s enduring principles of 天下為公 (The World as a Common Good), 博愛 (Universal Love) and 世界大同 (Global Harmony), with a commitment to advancing philanthropy, education, cultural heritage and community development.
Jamie believes that meaningful and lasting social progress is achieved when compassion, shared responsibility and collaboration come together in service of the common good. Through the Foundation, she seeks to translate Dr. Sun’s vision into practical initiatives that benefit communities and future generations.

Shirley Tay, CPA, serves as a Director of the Sun Yat-Sen Global Alliance Foundation, bringing extensive experience in financial management, governance and organisational development. She contributes to the Foundation’s commitment to accountability, transparency and responsible stewardship in support of its charitable mission. Guided by the principle of 博愛奉獻 (Compassion Through Service and Giving), Shirley believes that effective philanthropy is built upon integrity, sound governance and sustainable impact. She supports the Foundation’s long-term development by helping establish strong operational practices while fostering confidence among partners, supporters and stakeholders.
